I’d say on average it can take about a month to hear back, some times longer. DBH and Threadless have 90 day periods, and if you haven’t heard back by then it’s a safe bet that they didn’t choose your work (there have been a couple exceptions).

As for Teefury, it seems a little less predictable. So really you just have to wait as long as you’re comfortable waiting. I typically find out after a few weeks and they usually print it a month or two after letting me know, sometimes longer if they’ve got a lot of stuff scheduled. So it seems to be like a 3 to 4 month period from submitting to printing.

Definitely helps to have patience if you want to get into t-shirt sites.
